Long gone is the stereotype that gamers are loners who spend most of their time in their bedrooms, hunched over a keyboard or console. That’s simply not the case: we’re all ages, sexes, and come from all walks of life. We may be different but the thing that connects us all is that we’re all passionate about our hobby and many of us want to get out there to socialise with like-minded people.
There are video-gaming events going on all over the UK each month and what better way to get involved than by going to one yourself. The following list of expos, conventions, meetups and groups is sure to give you some inspiration and we hope you find something below that tickles your fancy.
